Amtico, Victoria Luxury Flooring, Karndean and Moduleo ranges available.
Available in sheet and tile form, this product has evolved to offer designs inspired by natural materials such as wood and stone, as well as modern textile effects.
For texture, look out for our Seagrass, Coir, Sisal, Wool and Jute ranges, which can make a wonderful feature of any staircase or room.
Quality wood flooring in all styles and finishes.
A large collection of traditional and modern rugs, in both wool and man-made yarns, available from stock.
We started in 1954 as an ex-army and navy store in our original premises on Fort Street, Douglas, later supplying bedding and linen, workwear, school uniforms and leisure clothing to the local tourist trade.
The carpet side of the business began in 1962, starting with small rugs and runners before growing into supplying and fitting whole rooms. In 1998 we moved to new premises, which now take three units stocking rolls of carpet and vinyl as well as Amtico, Moduleo, VLF and Karndean, plus rugs, mats and runners.
Always get an estimate from us for the full job fitted, rather than just comparing headline material prices — we don't hide our costs with extras. We pride ourselves on having the best fitting and after-sales service around.
One of our estimators visits your property to discuss your options and check whether any seams will be required.
We give you some suggestions based on your property before you visit the showroom.
Come and make your final selection in store, where samples are available to take away.
We arrange a measure to give you an estimate and collect samples at the same time.
Many thanks Josh. Excellent service
I have pleasure in enclosing cheque for the Carpet, with which we are absolutely thrilled, it has transformed the house, and we are amazed at the difference it has made. Your carpet layers were a delight to have around, they couldn't have been more helpful, and they were very careful with everything, we were quite sad to see them go!
Good family business & Keith is a legend in my eyes and goes out of his way to help. Known them since I got married in 1976 & still get my carpets from Osborn's & known young Mark since he was a nipper. Look forward to seeing the next generation of Osborn's.
Great family business and fantastic to deal with.

The best way is to book a measure with one of our estimators so we can discuss your options at your property and whether any seams will be required. We can then give you some suggestions before you visit the store to make your selection.
Please do not hesitate to speak to our team, whether in the shop or on site, so we can provide you with the best options.

Most carpet today is tufted, made by pushing yarn-threaded needles through a backing fabric to form loops or tufts. Woven carpets, including Axminster, Wilton, flat weave and needlefelt, are made in smaller numbers but produce some of the finest, most durable carpets for prestigious and contract installations.
Certainly. Colours can look different on site to how they appear in our showroom, so we can arrange a measure to give you an estimate and collect samples at the same time.
Never buy a carpet without getting a price from us first.
